Many of you know I run around trying to get things moving along, cleaning & repairing Mom’s home getting it ready for sale.

We did a “really” Big quilt show in Duluth; that takes months & months to get merchandise ready.

We are improving our Second Story by adding NEW antiques.  So, we are trying to get the most use out of this Old House. But, after dealing with all my parents’ belongings & filling up more boxes, I realize that I have too many boxes that I need to deal with.

I have too many ideas on my “Bucket List” to accomplish before the end (of the shop).  So, at this time, I have no time-line as to when I retire.  The Shop will go on! We have Great Employees to help.  So, follow us along, as we try to do more for YOU, to make your Shopping Experience enjoyable at Jeri’s Quilt Patch.

Thank You for all your patronage.

Happy Quilting!
Jeri and Crew!

Welcome to our new website!

Hello Quilters!

Jeri’s Quilt Patch would like to announce that our new website as changed from an online store to an informational site with blog posts, free patterns, and other news from us. After nearly 11 years of operating an online store in addition to over 35 years for our brick and mortar store in Norway, Michigan, we decided to put all of our energy into our brick and mortar store and the quilt shows we travel to rather than splitting our time between essentially two stores. We enjoyed our venture to online sales and met a lot of interesting quilters along the way both locally and all over the world. We hope our customers continue to frequent our website for shop news, which will be in conjunction with our facebook posts. Thank you all for your patronage and we look forward to future visits in our store and along the road.

Happy Quilting! Jeri

The first Minnesota Quilters quilt show was held in St. Paul, Minnesota in January, 1979. The show is now one of the premier annual quilting events in the United States that draws visitors, faculty, and entries from around the world.

The show is open to the public and includes judged, non-judged, national, and special quilt exhibits. There are classes and lectures by nationally recognized teachers, a raffle quilt, small quilt auction, and other events. The Minnesota Quilters award one scholarship each year to a novice quilter.

This year Jeri’s Quilt Patch brought a trailer load of fabric bundles, quilt kits, patterns, and pillow case kits. We sold out on over 300 pillow case kits! Thank you to all who stopped by the booth! It was great fun to catch up with our customers and provide you with great deals and great fabric! We are looking forward to the next show.

And we hope next time we won’t run into crazy storms on our drive home! Check out the down tree we had to maneuver around! Till next time!
